How Do We Support
PREPARE
⚡
PREPARE ⚡
-
We evaluate the records and workflows used to demonstrate what occurred throughout the operation—not simply what normally occurs.
Reviews may include training records, inspection documentation, maintenance records, work orders, incident reports, supporting evidence, escalation procedures, management review, corrective actions, and record-retention practices.
The objective is to help operators establish consistent documentation that accurately reflects the work their teams perform and can withstand later scrutiny.
-
We review how inspections are developed, performed, documented, escalated, and connected to maintenance activity.
This may include comparison with manufacturer requirements, examination of preventive-maintenance practices, evaluation of work-order workflows, and review of how deficiencies are communicated, corrected, verified, and retained.
-
We provide operational analysis when an incident, claim, or lawsuit requires amusement or entertainment operations to be evaluated and explained.
Support may include document review, incident-record analysis, discovery support, operational research, deposition preparation, case-strategy assistance, and identification of questions requiring additional legal or technical expertise.
All work remains within the demonstrated operational experience and professional boundaries of LSRS.

-
We evaluate the systems, records, and behaviors that shape an operation’s risk exposure and ability to explain its decisions.
Assessments may examine attraction operations, staffing practices, inspections, maintenance, training, emergency planning, incident response, documentation, and other areas of operational responsibility. Findings are organized into a prioritized path forward that the operator can realistically execute.
-
We review whether operating procedures and supporting materials are clear, consistent, current, and usable by the employees responsible for carrying them out.
Areas may include standard operating procedures, emergency action plans, employee training, competency validation, attraction signage, waiver coverage, lease responsibilities, and alignment between written expectations and actual operations.
Reviews of waivers, leases, and similar documents focus on operational application and coverage. Legal interpretation remains the responsibility of qualified counsel.
DEFEND
⚡
DEFEND ⚡
-
We provide independent expert review and testimony when the subject matter fits our education, training, certifications, and operational experience.
Potential services include records review, operational analysis, written opinions, deposition testimony, trial preparation, and testimony concerning relevant amusement and family entertainment operations.
Expert engagements are accepted only after evaluating subject-matter fit, professional qualifications, conflicts, and the specific requirements of the matter.
A Defined and Disciplined Approach
Every engagement begins with a conversation to understand the operation, claim, or matter. LSRS then defines the scope of work, identifies the information needed, and determines whether the requested services fit its demonstrated expertise.
Recommendations are designed for the client’s actual operating environment. LSRS provides the analysis, tools, guidance, and priorities; the client remains responsible for deciding how recommendations are implemented and maintained.
